They really thrift out on housekeeping. Despite 3 follow-ups and promise to clean on Saturday, they didn’t. Disappointed.

Booked a room online through expedia for convenience check in went smoothly. The rooms are nicely clean and comfortable. The shower control was not installed correctly and the shower would barely get Luke warm not even a comfortable temperature so mostly a cold shower. Expedia wouldn’t allow me to ask for a late checkout and when I called the front desk, they wanted a credit card on file and $20 to extend one hour from 11am until noon. So, to stay an hour late I had to go to the front desk and put a card on file. That was inconvenient and time consuming and $20 extra for a one hour late checkout.

Bed was comfy. Shower missing shampoo and shower gel. Had conditioner though. When we arrived at 2 am, front desk staff man was very friendly. However, the morning desk girl was miserable, curt and rude. Breakfast was mediocre and hours only until 9.

Room was good. Staff was AMAZING. Cass went above and beyond for us. She spent time with us telling us the best place to see the Northern Lights. On our first day there we came out to a very flat tire and Cass came running out to us with a portable tire pump. We are able to make it back to the rental place and get a new vehicle. Loved her. Great employee!!

I called front desk to request that they send the medication I accidentally left in the fridge when I checked out. But I did not get any confirmation if they found it, or if they sent it because they only told me to wait for an email from them. I wish they could be more helpful in checking to see if my medication is there and that if they will actually send it.

The hotel staff would not let me check in to the hotel. They required a $200.00 deposit. I gave them the credit card that I used to book the room with Expedia. They said it was not the right card and refused my deposit. I showed them my receipt and booking on my phone. I offered them $200.00 cash. After an hour of trying to check in, I left.

Staff was helpful upon check-in. Property itself needs a little TLC. Was given a room on the second floor. Room was clean and spacious. Multiple doors on that level were left cracked open which I found odd.

A no nonsense place to stay and the double bed rooms have a little extra room for a family staying there in one room. The restaurant in the basement is excellent! The building could use some updates, but it was clean and the staff was friendly. The location is easy to get to anything needed in town.
