The room was very small and had a strange all in one shower and toilet combination. It was clean and with friendly staff though. All I needed was a bed for the night at a reasonable price however and this delivered that.

Was more like a 'Doss House' No toilet or shower in the room and 2 of 3 separate toilets were out of order. Other residents were coming out of shower and walking down corridor with a towel around their waist. Nowhere local for breakfast except for Chinese Buffet restaurant next door. Staff seemed friendly but as to the condition of hotel very tatty. Was meant to stay for 3 nights but only because nothing else available that night stayed for one. Left and went to a different hotel for the other 2 nights. Would not recommend.

Needs a lot of tlc to be put into the rooms, me and my mate had a enuite twin with a lovely shower. Beds were comfy the room was very small and tight on space. The cleanliness of the room wasn't the best as there were dead flies lying around the room and bathroom, was also very badly stained in areas. Some staff were helpful and some not so much. Price for the stay was a bit overpriced for the lack of care gone into it. We would stay again based on the beds being comfy and decent shower. Just hope that when we do return that there has been improvements been made to make the price p/n more worth it

Staff were friendly. Hotel is very basic no frills. The room was dirty blind was all ripped carpet was all stained frame of bed was filthy walls all marked gap in the door toilets were more like portaloos but they do have en suite rooms

Food options-nil Clean is negative 5 Toilet and bathroom is shared with whole floor, possibly with other floors too. Very dirty. I would have attached photo if such option was available. They should rename themselves hostel/backpackers.

This is the most inexpensive stay in the area. Kind of hard to get to if you don't have a car. We had a shared bathroom, which was a pain in the butt. But a lot cheaper than anything near Edinburgh.

Tiny room with toilet and hand basin in the shower cubicle. Carpet wet outside of shower. Beds comfortable. 7.00 p.m and had to ask that workmen stopped drilling and making a noise. Told they normally work to 9 or 10 pm. Not far from Falkirk town but need car.

There was visible mold in the hall and room carpets. The floor in the room was also broken and when you stepped on the floor it gave way. I advised the front desk.
