I love this resort i had a better time this year than last year, they have improved the food selection and the entertainment alot, the friendly stsff and the cleanliness is what brought me back... i love the all white party and foam party... only thing i didn't like they didn't do seafood Thursday which would've included lobster off tbe grill.i eas really banking that do to Thursday was my wife birthday and i told her we didn't have to leave the property for dinner but other than i had an amazing time

Certain guest didn’t wash off after coming from the beach and went straight into the pool. Which very disgusting because sand at bottom of the pool and bugs swimming around . I really didn’t care for any of the pools because of the setup to swim up bars which nice for adults but no room to swim just to seat and relax . Another pool with volley ball net just to play so you couldn’t swim. The pools need treatment to make it a bit cleaner and clear. The beach was my favorite part of the resort it was the most beautiful beach blue clear shallow waters and warm. There was a company called scuba caribe offering water activities such as snorkeling , paddling board , kayaking , and boat party’s . I enjoyed the paddling board super fun and a nice workout. The views on the beach were incredible and super relaxing. Also my top favorite was the water park which had like 5 different slides and it was such a thrill. The water park had the cleanest pool . This resort is a family friend , there are so many smoking designated areas which I loved the most because if you know then you know . The best part of the activities was the foam party it was super lit , live DJ , open bar , and a host on the mic who had so much energy interacting with the crowd . It had rain that day but the hotel staff still wanted all the guests to have a good time and enjoy their selfs. I like how the hotel had activities every night parties , live shows , and open bars all around. Staff at the buffet 10/10

The entry to the resort was concerning though security was at the gate. The property sits behind a residential community with no appeal. It was disappointing.

Everything and everyone was amazing at this resort. The food was delicious, the staff was over accommodating at all times. The rooms were clean, beautiful and spacious. The property was immaculate.. there was no overcrowding anywhere ever. There were about 6 pools and 5 restaurants. You have to make reservations for all except the main dining room and the snack shops. Always somewhere to eat. I’m very picky about hotels and resorts but they met all of my expectations. It wasn’t the most luxurious that I’ve stayed in but it was in the top 3 in everything else. I would definitely stay here again. This was a fabulous experience.
