We liked the breakfast, the lady in charge was very efficient and social, good on her. The room was a mess, the vent in the bathroom had lent growing out of it, it hadn't been cleaned in months. The floor in the bathroom was dirty in the corners and behind the door. The wallpaper was stained and needed an upgrade. The sink would not drain in a timely manner either. In the main room the floor vent had lent growing in it as well. It was noisy as well, the doors in the hallway slam, other hotels don't have this problem so there is a solution. Not sure when the pool area closed but the noise came right up into the room till past 11 pm as well. When we checked out I was going to discuss these failures but there wasn't anyone at the desk when we departed, may have been the timing. There is much work to be done at this location to bring it's rating up to an acceptable level. When I booked on expedia the rating was 9. something, unexceptable...

Was a unique experience! Hot tubs in the lobby is not something you get to see or experience at other hotels. I see why this hotel gets 9/10 stars; breakfast is hardy and free, rooms are spacious and clean, staff is helpful. Minus 1 star because the artificial trees and plants in the lobby need upkeep and cleaning. We did have trouble with the ATM machine giving us less than requested and charging us for requested amount. Hotel did call the company but it has not yet been resolved. So just be cautious or avoid using. Otherwise our two day stay was better than we expected.
