The check in staff was great. The carpets in the room were very dirty around the edges of the room— ie: bottle cap and candy wrappers and just plain dirt. The breakfast bar was not good—— waffle batter empty— orange juice empty— plates and spoons empty— pastries almost empty —- one over ripe banana. When we inquired about getting more she was quite snippy with us. Will probably not stay here again.

Just stayed at this property. Specifially booked as a hot tub was advertised. Was broken when we arrived. Spitballs on bathroom walls. Blood on wall behind door. Extremely disappointed. Only good point was the very friendly and helpful front desk clerk.

It was very clean and the staff were polite. It's a little dated but not bad. In good condition just old. Very quiet part of town. And hotel was very quiet too. Room was very clean and met all the needs. Would stay again.

Only issue was the water in bathroom smelled funny and there was gaps in the heater unit where I could see outside which I covered with towels provided to me it was -30’s out so it was cold in my room from those gaps . But was easily fixed on my end .. other than that very clean quiet cozy staff was nice .

Never stayed in a hotel that had sheets full of static electricity. Rude manager that doesn't care, wouldn't solve the issues with bed with excessive static. Hot tub was cold no heat.

Great service great value

Great space for our needs. We were traveling through and needed a place to rest our heads! Seeing there was an option with a pull out couch and 2 queen bed made it even more attractive as this allowed kids to have their own beds! Only complaint I have is there is too much furniture in the room when the couch is pulled out it is difficult to get past to the washroom. But for one night we certainly managed.

Service is minimal

We stayed for 6 nights. Room was not serviced; had to ask for more coffee pods, clean towels, etc. Breakfast is very mediocre - mostly carbs - waffles, cereal, breads, etc. Works if you're on a budget, but don't expect much.
