All of the motels in this are about the same. This is an industrial area, and the motels are old and overpriced. I have stayed all over the country, and for what you get, this motel is overpriced. If it was $10 cheaper a night, I'd rate it 4 stars.
I am discovering Super 8s, along with other chains, no longer have in room coffee pots, but just opt for coffee in the lobby instead. It is not just this location. I stay more recently at another Super 8 on the other side of the country for cheaper than this room and it was newly renovated with a great bed, this Super 8, even for Super 8 is kind of below average because the room smelled really weird and the property was just a bit sketchy.
Breakfast is what I expected, just some basics like waffles and coffee, don't expect much, though, again, I've paid similar prices at other Super 8s very recently and gotten sausage. The staff was okay, not super friendly, but they did their job. Yes, there is room for improvement at this property. The bathroom was pretty dingy and a bit dirty. Everything just felt dirty and old. Old properties are fine, but when things are a bit dirty with missed wrappers on dressers and huge dust buildup in corners, it feels older than it has to.
The one positive thing I can say is the TV had internet TV, s there were a lot of choices. However, we had a lot of confusion because the TV was plugged into an outlet with a light switch, so we ended up plugging it into a different outlet almost too far away.
