They had issues with the pool but overall it was a good choice, especially for my dog. Patio opened to nice courtyard. Starbucks was a plus.

Nice clean room with a comfortable bed. Staff wasn't very friendly or welcoming upon arrival or during our stay. At checkout we shared a concern about a continuous beeping from a smoke detector signaling it needed a new battery. The front desk staff didn't act concerned AT ALL!!! This is a MAJOR safety issue and should be addressed ASAP. She acted unconcerned and didn't call or act as if she would have maintenance staff look into it.

The 1st thing was one of the elevators was not working. We went out to an event got back about 2 o’clock in the morning. No one was answering. the door & key would not work. We had to practically beg somebody that was sitting in the lobby to open the door,pool hours are awful. You should have them later. You have check in at three. Also the maid came to our room knocked on the door at 9 AM and tried to open it. yelling housekeeping woke us up like I said we came in late. The beds were not comfortable at all. They were sunken in. Been used too much need to be replaced.

Nice balcony suites in the rear.

Enjoyed the reception by a very welcoming desk mgr.. My first room had a bed that had no sheets on it but instead were on the floor. Next room was perfect with a nice shade covered balcony and views of the Animas river jogging trail. Everything was great.
