At the top of a hill lies Villa Leonidas, a truly beautiful villa with one of the most beautiful and certainly the widest sea views of the Algarve. In addition to the unique view, spacious, sunny spaces characterize this luxury villa.



Leonidas was finished in 2019 and provides just about everything you could wish for. You enter the very spacious hall, after which you walk through to the large cozy living room and the half open super modern kitchen. This is equipped with, among other things, a cooking island with bar, Quooker, filtered water and has high quality equipment. The view from the living room and kitchen is breathtaking: to the large south facing swimming pool, the terraces and the jacuzzi. 180 degrees hemisphere you will see plenty of hills and of course the Atlantic Ocean.



In the evening the lights of Faro and of other places shine under your feet. There are 4 large bedrooms, all with their own bathroom en-suite and hairdryer. There are several terraces around the large swimming pool, and behind the pool there is a sunbathing lawn. There is of course a large barbecue and at the outdoor tables you have plenty of room to enjoy a meal together. There is a surround system from Bose both inside and outside so that you can enjoy your favorite music when you float in the swimming pool. Of course all rooms have air conditioners. Living room and bedrooms have television and via satellite and Chromecast you can watch all programs that you want.



Layout



Via an entrance gate that can be closed, you enter the driveway with a front garden and space for at least 5 cars. Through the hall you go to the large living and dining area. Semi-open kitchen. From the living room and kitchen you can access the southern garden with terraces, swimming pool and jacuzzi through the many patio doors. The pergolas with sliding shade cloths offer enough shade as desired. There is a sun lounger for everyone and there are 2 outdoor dining tables and a barbecue. In the hall there is another guest toilet and access to bedroom 1, where there are 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom. Through the hall stairs you reach the remaining 3 bedrooms, all with 2 single beds and a bathroom en-suite.



Surroundings of Villa Leonidas



Villa Leonidas is a 20-minute drive from the airport, in a rural but central area. It is located on the top of a large south-facing hill where only beautiful villas are hidden in the green. At the bottom of this hill is a tennis club with 3 courts and 1 padel court, and a bit more down there is also the renowned restaurant Raízes. All of this at 10-15 minutes walking distance from the villa.



Villa Leonidas is located between the towns of Loulé and São Brás de Alportel, where you can reach your groceries within 10 minutes by car. There are plenty of restaurants here and in the area. The monumental covered market of Loulé and the streets around it in the old center are popular. The most beautiful long beaches are a 20-minute drive away. Here are also the nice fishing towns of Olhão, Fuseta and a little further on Tavira. From Olhao, Faro, Fuseta or Tavira you can hop on one of the ferries to the sandy islands in the protected lagoon landscape of the Ria Formosa. Due to its central location, chic Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago are also only a 25-minute drive away. A few kilometers to the north, the rustic hinterland of the Algarve, the Serra, unfolds. The complete MAR Shopping opened in 2018 is a 10-minute drive away.
