Please make sure the hot tub is in good condition when you leave as well. There shouldn't be a bunch of debris in the hot tub.

Had everything as advertised hot tub gas fire pit air conditioning beds were comfortable nice thick towels my only complaint was no shade if you wanted to sit below and porch needs repair loose nails boards that have to much separation and the place had a lot of essentials but no can opener
