The holiday apartment is located in a detached house built in 2013 and is modern and functional. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location. Available for use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Fažana. The holiday apartment is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to the end of September, can be heated, 4 m x 6 m, 1.5 m deep). Swimming pool with hydromassage.
