Beautiful country villa with large gardens, saltwater pool, close to the sea and golf premises.
Set within expansive grounds, this 500 m² villa embodies sophistication and comfort, offering a serene sanctuary for guests seeking an exclusive retreat. Thoughtfully designed across two floors, the main house features five refined suites, each with its own private bathroom, ensuring the utmost privacy and convenience.
On the ground floor, a spacious and welcoming living room invites relaxation, while the modern kitchen—fully equipped with high-end appliances—includes a breakfast bar and a dining area for up to 12 guests. Meals can be enjoyed in a variety of settings, with four dining spaces available both indoors and outdoors.
The highlight of the property is the spectacular pool area. The oversized swimming pool (14 x 7 m) features a shallow section safe for children, while deeper areas provide space for swimming. A private whirlpool adds a touch of indulgence, and a convenient outdoor restroom ensures uninterrupted enjoyment.
Beyond the main house, an adjacent guesthouse reveals a sixth suite with built-in wardrobes, a flat-screen TV, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a private terrace overlooking the gardens—an intimate hideaway for added privacy.
