Beautiful Mallorcan Finca located on the outskirts of Felanitx. It consists of a main house with a kitchen furnished and equipped with all the appliances and utensils necessary for the preparation of your favorite meals. Dining area and living area with comfortable sofas, television and fireplace and toilet. It offers four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms each, three on the upper floor and one on the ground floor. Apart from the main house it offers an exterior room with a double bed and two single beds with an en-suite bathroom.
Outside we find a magnificent porch furnished with an outdoor dining table, chairs and a magnificent barbecue. Large pool area with sun loungers and parasols for relaxing in the middle of nature.
The area in which this farm is located, in addition to an area of cheerful, sunny nature, is very close to Manacor and Felanitx, both towns, which offer wine cellars to visit such as Bodegas Miquel Gelabert, Bodegas Pere Seda and in Felanitx Bodegas Es Fangar , the Celler Winery 3.10. A few kilometers from the farm we find the Son Mesquidassa farm, an oil mill where you can visit the Mallorcan oil manufacturing process. They find a weekly market in Felanitx every Sunday and a weekly market in Manacor every Monday, both from early in the morning until approximately 2 p.m.Distance to Palma de Mallorca airport: 52.10 kilometers
