Son Negre consists of a main house and a pool house.

On the ground floor of the main house, you will be welcomed by an open, bright living room with a cosy fireplace. Adjacent, you will find a dining area that seamlessly transitions into a modern, open kitchen with an additional seating area. A conveniently located bathroom with a shower completes the ground floor. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where another seating area invites you to read or relax. Four bedrooms guarantee sufficient privacy and tranquillity. An additional bathroom with a shower and a beautiful balcony offering a magnificent view complete the upper floor.

The separate pool house has another bedroom with its own bathroom with a shower, ideal for guests who desire more privacy.

The outdoor area is a true relaxation oasis: Various seating options, a private pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, and a carefully designed garden frame the property and create an atmosphere of peace and well-being. For an undisturbed break and optimal relaxation, we have deliberately refrained from WiFi. This holiday home is excellently suited for yoga and family activities that promote connection to nature and to each other.

What is in the house?
Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. The kitchen has a small basic equipment of spices and oil. Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also deposited. If an item is no longer available, it is understood that these items will be repurchased for self-catering. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please feel free to contact us.

IMPORTANT!
According to official regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. As some booking channels do not collect these fees, you will receive information about this payment separately from your landlord in these cases. Please also note that the agency charges a refundable deposit.
