Friendly but professional a fab stay.

The team at the hotel were all very helpful, especially to us as we don’t speak Italian! The restaurant that was recommended in the historic part of Ferrara was great and this was really helpful too.

Good Value Hotel if you travel by car

I have used this facility many times. Staff is extremely gentle and attend to client's needs. Rooms are equipped with all it is need for a hotel of this category. Nice shower, good variety of TV channels but only in italian and good bed. Breakfast exceeded my expectation especially for a Best Western. A plus is the free parking and the vicinity to the Highway. City Center is just 5 minutes drive and there are plenty of parking (paying) around. The hotel also offers bikes service, I believe, so you can feel like a real Ferrara citizen, being the city full of bikers all around. I will be back again for sure, as always when I am in Ferrara.

No more free bikes

I was supposed to stay for 2 weeks at this hotel. Unfortunately, the manager decided to start charging the rent of bikes, even though in states "free use of bikes" on HOTELS.COM. The front desk personnel was not helpful and even laugh when I explained that the reason I book this hotel is because of the free use of bikes. I immediately decided to cancel the rest of my stay and went to another hotel in Ferrara with free bikes.

Mediocre all-round

This hotel offered a lot of things online that were not available due to COVID (food services). The listing should absolutely be updated. The reception closes from 11pm-7am, so good luck getting breakfast if you have to leave early. The beds were rock-hard, and there were no prices available for the items in the fridge (3Euro for a small bag of crisps). The amenities provided were squeeze bottles of soap in the shower and by the sink, towels and toilet paper. There was a water heater machine that I could not figure out how to add water to, so no self-made coffee, and a mini fridge. The internet was OK for completing my work, making phone calls, and streaming videos but I had to adjust to a lower quality. The gym was decent, but the treadmill did not work. When I checked-in, I told the receptionist that I would be leaving a day earlier than my previously booked (but not paid) reservation. When I checked-out, they had already charged me for the full reservation. They were "kind" enough not to charge me the tax. The hotel is close to an Aldi, a Lidl and a Steakhouse, which was the ONLY good thing about the location. The prices for laundry were ridiculous (one shirt cost 6 Euros) Don't stay here for more than one night.
