The room was clean which it should be in a new building. The bed was very comfortable. The towels, shampoo, soap were great. The pool was cold even though I was told it was heated. When I arrived to check in, the young woman that came from the back looked and acted like I was disturbing her. No greeting. She just came out and looked at me. I told her I had a reservation and gave my name. Her response was "I need an ID". I checked in right before 3 pm on Saturday. I didn't see a name tag but there were plenty tattoos. She needs to take training from the other staff members. They were all very nice.
