Old and New England Cottages - a cottage that sleeps 16 guests in 6 bedrooms
Welcome to Old and New England Cottages - A stunning combination of 2 large cottages!
Both cottages are owned by Eddie and Family and by booking the two cottages together guests can sleep up to 16 in 2 nearby sister cottages (3 minutes apart).
Please note this is for 2 cottages and 6 bedrooms (3 in each) - the one booking will book both cottages at a reduced rate. Should guests 13-16 stay then there is a sofa bed in each which will need to be booked.
New England Cottage
Enter into a spacious hallway, with space for your coats and shoes. Ahead to the left is a large kitchen diner / lounge with all the appliances you'll expect for a self-catering break. The kitchen was refurbished in January 25 with new appliances, worktop, hob and sink as well as a large fridge freezer for all your needs.
There is an excellent dining space in the kitchen, with extended dining table seating 6 with french doors to the patio, and 2 large comfortable sofas (one is a double sofa bed - bedding for this is a chargeable extra). The patio features brick built BBQ and a large circular table / bench seating 8 - ideal for BBQs.
Across the hall there is a WC and access to a large twin / double bedroom (default is two single beds but guests can join these together) with windows to the front and rear.
Free unlimited fast wifi throughout.
Upstairs, you will find a double bedroom and a master with king size bed, walk-through wardrobe area, and a shower room ensuite. There is also a very spacious family bathroom with bath and shower over.
New England Cottage is a large pet friendly house and is ideal for a large family with space for 2 doggies!

Welcome to Old England Cottage - A stunning detached cottage near the entrance to the village on the popular Seaford Avenue.
Never been rented out this family home is ideal for family holidays! This traditional style cottage can be booked with its sister property - New England Cottage at a reduced rate - please contact us if you wish to do this.
Enter into a spacious hallway, with space for your coats and shoes. Ahead to the right is a large kitchen diner / lounge with all the appliances you'll expect for a self-catering break.
There is an excellent dining space in the kitchen, with extended dining table seating 7 with French doors to the patio
The lounge area is stunning with 2 large comfortable sofas (one a sofa bed) and a log burner (bring your own logs) and wall mounted SMART TV. Across the hall there is a WC.
Free unlimited fast wifi throughout.
Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms with the master having a shower room ensuite and two further twin rooms. There is also a very spacious family bathroom with bath and shower over.
Old England is a beautifully decorated large pet friendly house and is ideal for a large family with space for 2 doggies!
