This brand new three bed, two bath home was designed for gatherings and events with handicap accessibility throughout. No transitions from the front sidewalk to the rear patio. Wide open spaces make getting around easy. All the doors in the house are 36 inches wide with pocket doors. The main bathroom is fully accessible. The bathroom faucets are ergonomic and the mirrors are lighted. There are tvs in the main bedroom, great room and garage with surround sound in the great room. The laundry room includes brand new washer and dryer and also a mini kitchen. There are five chairs at the kitchen island and four stools at a bistro table. The living room has an electric fireplace with remote control and a fold out couch with two love seats also.. The garage has a large tv and couches and granite wet bar for entertaining. Spectrum TV is provided including a smart TV. The kitchen is ready for all your creative baking with all the small appliances and dishes you could need including some basic baking supplies. There’s also a large pantry filled with preparation and serving supplies. There are three large bedrooms with queen beds and touch lamps with usb ports. The second bathroom has lighted mirrors and a tub/shower. Don’t bother cleaning or worrying about your home not being accessible or your guests being allergic to your pet. Beautiful home with open layout that is perfect for family gatherings. Finished garage was great for storage for all the stuff we brought for our son’s wedding. Kitchen was large and well equipped. Thank you Jay and Heather. You two are the best hosts!! We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Rusty's getaway! It is a beautiful home!! And a VERY comfortable place to relax and spend time with family. We are especially grateful that it is completely accessible!, we did not have to pack all the extra equipment for this trip, You had everything we needed making my Dad's stay soooo much easier and more comfortable for him as well. We did not get time to visit Rusty and his friends this trip, but we will definitely be back and see him next time!

Rusty’s Getaway was an awesome place to stay for our daughter’s wedding weekend in Findlay! The house was VERY clean (I’m pretty particular), spacious and had everything that you could need! We loved the huge master bedroom and the on suite bathroom was super nice!! (Especially the shower!) It was an added bonus that the house is pet friendly. We got a chance to meet the owner- Jay. He was very thoughtful and talked to us about the house history… Rusty is his adorable pet cows name. If you’re looking for a great place to rent - check out Rusty’s Getaway… you won’t regret it.

Summer stay for family wedding and reunion

We had an excellent experience at Rusty's Gettaway. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The property is beautiful, clean, and furnished with comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen/laundry room are fully stocked, which makes the rental experience that much more relaxing and convenient. There is ample parking and a nice patio with a quality grill.We highly recommend this property and will definitely book again when we return for future family gatherings!
