Two bedrooms downstairs, and one large bedroom upstairs with a loft overlooking the great room. Enjoy the patio to watch the golfers in the distance or simply to enjoy the wildlife and the sunrise over the pines. Central Air Conditioning for the small window of hot summer days & a nice Fireplace (& heat of course) for those snowy winter nights. Backyard also includes a hot tub.

Great location and a beautiful home. There was plenty of space for us and the home was very clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located to NAU, pretty hikes and restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and on a golf course. If we had more time, we would have utilized it. The view from the back patio was really nice. Communication with the owner was great. The house is very well stocked. Perfect central location for day trips to south rim, Sedona, Jerome and antelope canyon. Overall our entire family enjoyed the house. Hot tub was great after long day of hiking.
