The home is newly remodeled with 2420 square feet and offers 4 bedrooms (two master suites upstairs, 3 full baths and a 2 car garage and is located in the upscale community of Ponderosa Trails, 5-10 minutes from Down Town Flagstaff. The home offers radiant heat throughout with climate controlled bedrooms. Each room is tastefully furnished with all new furnishings and includes 1 pullout sofa downstairs. The home has all new stainless steel appliances and full size high capacity washer and dryer. The home is very open and offers a relaxing rustic feel to unwind after a day of skiing or hiking. The home is completely hardwired for dedicated, fast internet as well as WIFI with the best router and modem on the market. The home also has snow melt radiant heating for the front steps and back patio for safety and enjoyability. The community offers a family friendly environment, safe, clean and close to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
