NO parties or events! City noise ordinances begin at 10pm and are strictly enforced. Neighbors are original owners, retired, and sensitive to noise
Tenant agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against Owner of property for accidents or injury arising from use the hot tub, and is liable for damages
Pets are also not allowed! Many guests have allergies (as I do), our backyard is not enclosed at the moment, and pets require much more cleaning.
