This home is situated on the upstairs end of the building, with no passing foot traffic. Stroll a half-mile to all the shops and dining options in Little Rainbow Row and the Singleton Centre. Time your visit right and check out an event at the Flat Rock Playhouse. Spend sunny days splashing in the outdoor pool, playing tennis, and launching the provided canoes from a private white sand beach on the spring-fed Jordan Lake. Make use of the grilling and picnic area and enjoy a cookout. A wood-burning firepit beside the lake is perfect for roasting s’mores when the stars come out. Explore the lush eight-acre property grounds via scenic trails anytime. Sip morning coffee and admire lake views from your furnished balcony. Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen, a dining area, and a well-appointed living room equipped with a TV.
