À deux pas de la plage et de toutes les commoditĂ©s, appartement trĂšs agrĂ©able avec une belle terrasse, une bonne climatisation. Bons Ă©quipements, machines Ă  laver le linge et la vaisselle, petites Ă©lĂ©ctro mĂ©nagers super. La literie est trĂšs bien. En revanche, il faudrait revoir la batterie de casseroles et poĂȘle qui ne marchent pas bien sur les plaques Ă  induction et Ă©toffer les ustensiles de cuisine (couteaux d'office, couteau Ă  huĂźtre comme nous sommes au bord de la mer, voir des pics pour les crustacĂ©s etc..), ainsi qu'un ou deux saladiers et plats en plus.. Pas de parking privatif, mais on se gare facilement aux alentours. Je tiens Ă  souligner l'excellente communication avec Sandrine de l'agence Guy Hoquet , son accueil, son Ă©coute et sa rĂ©activitĂ© quand nous en avions besoin.

Appartement Saint Pierre

Appartement idĂ©alement placĂ© pour profiter de la plage et des commerces. Les Ă©quipements sont quand a eux relativement obsolĂštes. Le lit Ă©tait cassĂ© lors de nĂŽtre arrivĂ©e et a du ĂȘtre "bricolĂ© " par la personnesde l'agence. La baignoire et les robinets de douche sont dune autres Ă©poque. Le store extĂ©rieur est Ă©galement endommagĂ© et a du mal Ă  etre refermĂ©
