We found the farm cottage delightful, well organized, and in immaculate condition. It is cozy and very comfortable. We made several trips to the nearby city of Inverness, took a day trip to Clearwater and appreciated the proximity to restaurants and entertainment. We recommend this rental property and would be happy to rent it again.

Our stay a was wonderful! From the great communications and information received from our Host - Greta to the amazing home that welcomed us as soon as we entered the door! This home has everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay with extras (decorations for the season, comfortable furniture, games to play, books to read, a packet of information on things nearby - places to eat, or investigate; and more) The location is close to many things to do, yet in a very quiet area! The place looks like new. We will definitely plan on staying again when we are back in this area!!

Spring break

Very nice and *clean* property. Close proximity to the bike trail was a plus when biking was on the agenda. Very quiet despite the fact roads in the area do have trafic. Overall a nice stay.

This house is a pleasure-- book it now!

Great Location, great house, great everything!! 5 Star pleasure- in a very quiet neighborhood-- close to all you will need to do. We played pickleball in Brooksville, ate in Inverness--- and had a Local Saloon less than 0.3 miles from this house. House equipped with everything you will need-- including laundry soap, shower soaps & shampoo, coffee- you name it-- it was there. Greta is also super to communicate with-- what a great host-- If ratings went above 5 stars-- this is definitely the place that would deserve it. Highly recommended.
