Staff was excellent! Especially at the hotel’s restaurant. I’d say that the decor of the rooms could be much nicer and that the size of the bathroom for a junior suite was a bit too tight.

Of all the places we've stayed in this is by far the most comfortable, yet most classy, best service, friendliest staff (to non speaking Italians), always a smile and seeking to make your stay more comfortable. Wonderfuly clean. Even in the winter the gardens are kept up and there are roses and other flowers in bloom. The shuttle service to the edge of the river to get into town is so convenient. And the breakfast...by far beats them all, try the pistachio croissants (and the coffee machine for every type of coffee style you desire). We wished we had booked more days here, it was wonderful.

The facility was great. The room was clean and the staff were mostly excellent. There was a person at the front desk on the friday that we were checking out who seemed a bit short with us that we didn't know that that day was a national strike and reserving a cab to the train would be a potential problem. I am sure she was stressed about the strike but she made us feel like we should know about this. We probably should have, but didn't. Other than this incident, the stay, the breakfast and a dinner were all amazing.

Este hotel es una Joya!!! Tiene unas vistas preciosas y relajantes. El personal muy amable y profesional, el desayuno delicioso y muy completo y el servicio de transportación al centro de la ciudad muy conveniente. La habitación fue la más espaciosa en todo nuestro viaje por Italia, con la cama más cómoda. Si quieren una verdadera experiencia Toscana tienen que hospedarse en este hotel, yo volvería 1000 veces más! Gracias :)

The room was large and beautifully decorated as you would imagine a room in a Tuscan Villa would be. The grounds are wonderful and immaculate. We enjoyed our walk through the olive groves. The food was great and breakfast was excellent. We loved all the staff. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

A beautiful historic villa on the hills overlooking Florence. The villa, which sits in a delightful garden, is a haven of peace and tranquility. Our room was clean and spacious, the staff were most helpful, and there is a free, on-demand shuttle bus to the outskirts of the historic centre during mornings and late afternoon/early evening. Great breakfast and dinner too.
