4 bedroom 2 bath cozy comfy older home set on 50 acres, 8 miles from the jackson area and two hours north of the gulf coast (gulfport) on hwy 49. the house was built in the 80;s. you walk in the front door to the living room, the hallway and bedrooms are off to the left of the living room. if you move straight ahead you go into the dining area. the back door leading to the screened in back porch is in front of you. to the right will be the kitchen area. gas stove, dishwasher, full refrigerator and microwave with kitchen supplies and utensils included. next to the kitchen entrance is the door to the enclosed garage area and wash room. there is a large bedroom with a king size waterbed in the room. there is also a room which could be used as a extra bedroom or office area. there's a door which leads to the outside straight ahead of you and the washer and dryer room are off to the left with the gas water heater. down the hallway off the living room you have the three bedrooms and 2 baths section of the house. hallway bath has a tub and shower and master bedroom has a standup shower in the bathroom. there's a king size bed in the master bedroom. there's a bunk bed with a roll out sleeper in the kids room. there are twin beds in the third bedroom. each room has a walk in closet and black out curtains. highway noise is at a minimum. sits on over 1 acre of land. covered parking and screened in back porch and a concrete patio out front for your evenings. groceries, shopping and pharmacies all within 1 mile of the house. All you need is your toothbrush and clothes.
