Villa Spedaluzzo is an elegant Renaissance residence located on the historic Via Bolognese, just 2.5 km from Florence’s city center. Next to Villa La Pietra (New York University) and Villa Finaly (Universités de Paris), the property is ideally situated. The bus stop for line 25 is right outside the entrance, providing quick and easy access to the center and other public transport lines.



Just 100 meters away, "Mirabilia"—a typical Florentine shop—offers a bar, bakery, deli, and grocery, perfect for breakfast or a quick snack.



Originally built in the 14th century as a hospice for pilgrims, the villa was transformed in the 15th century into a noble residence surrounded by a private park of over 11 hectares, with views of Florence and Fiesole. Over the centuries, it has hosted prominent Florentine families and features architectural work by Giuseppe Poggi, famed for Piazzale Michelangelo.



Inside the villa, Dante’s Paradise is a spacious 165 sqm apartment created from a former chapel and sacristy, with three independent entrances and a private 900 sqm garden. It offers a large entrance hall, dining room with panoramic kitchen, mezzanine reading area, two bedrooms (one with double bed, one with sofa bed/TV), and three bathrooms, ensuring comfort and tranquility.
