The property features a spacious double bedroom, a modern bathroom with shower, and a bright living room with a small balcony, tastefully furnished and equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed—ideal for hosting up to four guests. The living area also includes a compact kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop (no oven), dishwasher, kettle, and refrigerator.
