I was expecting a good hotel but the service, attention to detail, staff availability, breakfast, just everything blew me away! This is a true gem of a small boutique luxury hotel. The location is perfect and I think this will be my go to place every time I return to Florence! Just a fabulous new discovery that will remain my now not so hidden gem! Compliments to the management and the entire staff!!! This is what hospitality should look like!

The Floren Luxury Hotel was even better than we hoped! Staff went far beyond expectations in every way to meet expectations. Rooms were cleaned and towels refreshed regularly—we’d take the whole rainfall shower home if we could! Breakfast was among the best we’ve ever had; if you like Eggs Benedict or even smoked salmon, this is your place! Fresh fruit, salads, meats, fresh breads and cakes were all available along with eggs any style. Plus you will love the staff; we did.

Our international flight was cancelled to return home and they were very accommodating in booking us into the same room for an extra night. Their complimentary breakfast was exceptional along with the staff. The entire property was extremely clean and our room was beautiful, a great location and we walked everywhere from the hotel. Not what you expect for a 5-star. The young woman cleaning the rooms and the young man serving breakfast were wonderful; the woman with glasses at the front desk somehow made the whole experience feel cheap and dirty. The room was tiny.

We had an amazing stay at Floren. It was extremely well located and very comfortably appointed. Their breakfast was superb and the bar well stocked. The room was excellent and had all the amenities. We will return for sure.
