The hotel is perfectly positioned for moving about Florence. It was nicely renovated, well maintained and clean. The staff was cheerfully attentive and helpful. When we return, not if, the Floren will be our hotel. Cheers to the staff!

The welcome from Frederico on checking in, Pedro for my husband’s birthday and Freddie providing my husband with an espresso at 6AM before we left on our day trip. These are the wonderful experiences from Floren that really stood out for us. The hotel is clean, central and just so lovely!

The lobby had a strange odor that seemed to be covered with a strong fragrance, which was sometimes uncomfortable. Occasionally, the same mix of odors was noticeable in the hallways and even in the room. The room itself was fine, though it stayed a bit too warm. The staff was friendly and did their best to assist, which helped make the stay easier overall.

The cafe part of the hotel was lovely, the gelato donut and breakfast pastries were just amazing. Ana made a delicious espresso and delivered warm smiles. Very convenient, will definitely be back. I will be back! The Floren Hotel will be part of all future travel. Love Tola

The room was clean, we did not appreciate having to complete a survey within half an hour of getting into the room so we could use the wifi, seemed a bit extortionate and annoyed us. We were not entirely happy to have a smart phone/device owned by the hotel in our room we wondered about our privacy

I was expecting a good hotel but the service, attention to detail, staff availability, breakfast, just everything blew me away! This is a true gem of a small boutique luxury hotel. The location is perfect and I think this will be my go to place every time I return to Florence! Just a fabulous new discovery that will remain my now not so hidden gem! The Floren Luxury Hotel was even better than we hoped! Staff went far beyond expectations in every way to meet expectations. Rooms were cleaned and towels refreshed regularly—we’d take the whole rainfall shower home if we could! Breakfast was among the best we’ve ever had; if you like Eggs Benedict or even smoked salmon, this is your place! Fresh fruit, salads, meats, fresh breads and cakes were all available along with eggs any style. Plus you will love the staff; we did.
