Quick Firenze Stay

If you don’t mind dated amenities, this 2br loft is good for 5 people. Laundry helped. Quiet. Windows open and air con included. No elevator so be wary of how heavy your luggage is. Seems historical. Kitchen good. Too bad we didn’t have time to cook.

The property is really beautiful, it's has a gorgeous classic style. I loved to access the property with my phone, very useful indeed. However, the air conditioning was terrible - we were sweating the whole night! The current device is not enough for the whole property. Even when we set it up at 16 degrees, it was like 28 inside. Will recommend booking this place when the weather is not too hot!! Otherwise, lovely place to stay!!

The apartment looks very nice, has everything needed and has cute art. It is in the middle of the center and easy to access. The apartment is quite hot during the night. There is a van, but the airco is broken. On the one hand opening the door by phone is great and easy, but does not feel entirely firesave/ is unhandy in case you don't have internet.

They knew there was a problem with the AC when we arrived. It was above 100 degrees in Florence. Gave them 2 days to fix AC. They didn’t so we left and found other accommodations. Seeking a refund!

Posto molto carino e spazioso,adatto anche a 4 persone. Non ho chiesto in tempo, ma sarebbe da anticipare il check in, alle 15 mi sembra un po troppo tardi. Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che si debba portarsi via l immondizia altrimenti vengono addebitati costi di pulizia.

Difficoltà nel recuperare codice chiavi dal gestore e elaborato sistema di chiavi virtuali. Poco supporto del gestore. Il termosifone del soggiorno era acceso (bollente) ed é rimasto tale anche per tutta la notte. Ricordo che siamo a luglio a Firenze con un caldo già terribile di per sé. Abbiamo chiamato il gestore ma le sue indicazioni non hanno portato a risolvere il problema, inoltre al mattino seguente dopo avergli fatto presente che il problema non si é risolto si é disinteressato della cosa e non ha mai più risposto.

Na verdade não fiquei no Ghibellina, qdo cheguei fui avisada que os banheiros do apartamento não estavam funcionando e fui realocada para um apto na Via dei Macci. Os aptos eram próximos. Fui super bem recepcionada pela Diana (brasileira) que foi solícita e nos ajudou bastante. O apto da Macci era ótimo, muito bem localizado, banheiro ótimo e privativo.

Gran fregatura. Ci sono stati chiesti 100€ extra a persona per le pulizie. Una truffa a tutti gli effetti. Loro si giustificano dicendo che era scritto ma per me il prezzo deve comprendere tutto completo e pagato durante la prenotazione. Extra è solo la tassa di soggiorno. Ovviamente abbiamo deciso di non pernottare. Spero hotels.com mi risarciscano. Altrimenti gran fregatura. Truffa legalizzata.
