Excellent location. Clean rooms. Very friendly staff and go out of the way to make you feel welcome - we came for the Florence marathon and they started breakfast early and gave us a room for shower afterwards with extra drinks

This was the best hotel we stayed in while in Italy. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Giovanni at the front desk was extremely helpful as we needed to find certain places and he knew exactly where we needed to go. If we ever go back to Florence this would be the hotel we would stay in .

Location!! Location Hidden modern gem in the middle of it all. Welcoming by Crystal set the tone but all front desk were great as well. Cleanliness was well noted and Mia part of the breakfast safe could not be more accommodating. Overall great experience, will definitely recommend ❤️
