The property is poorly managed by the property company which is Istay. They lied about different items and are unethical. Stay away.

BEWARE!! NOISY PLACE!!

This was the worst travel accommodation experience of my life! The apartment is well furnished and in a good location, but that is where the good part ends. It sits on the 2nd floor overlooking a small but extremely busy street overcrowded with tourist crowds and a never ending parade of scooters and cars. The main reason why I would urge people not to book here is the incessant NOISE coming from the street! The apartment has not been upgraded with modern double pane windows to help buffer the noise. This company spared no expense to make the inside look very nice and modern to attract people to book, but made no effort to mitigate the noise. As a result, I had an absolutely terrible night there, barely got 1 hour of sleep and had to cancel my tour the next day because I was so tired. It basically ruined my trip to Florence. The noise never really lets up even in the early hours of the morning, if someone farts on the street you will hear every bit of it!

The apartment was well stocked and clean. Location could not be more perfect. I walked everywhere I needed or wanted to go. Wifi was strong enough for me to work. The street noise is very loud. I'm not bothered by that so it wasn't an issue for me. Oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, heat, iron, microwave, toaster, kettle all worked fine. I am not a coffee drinker so can't comment on that machine.

Great place to stay. It’s big, well.appointed, great window view overlooking the beautiful street below, many places to eat, fantastic location, washing machine in unit, full size refrigerator/freezer, wonderful host, and our favorite stay so far in Italy. You won’t regret staying here Unless, a little street noise bothers you.

The apartment had everything you could wish for. It looked newly refurbished. It was well located close to Florence's main attractions. Communication on the day of arrival was great being welcomed by our host. Overall a lovely and luxurious stay. Only slight downside was traffic and people noise late in the evening.

This spacious apartment had everything we needed and was well-located two blocks from the famous Ponte Vecchio and one block from the Pitti Palace. We also found many excellent restaurants, especially in & near the Santo Espirito plaza, which is a bit less touristy than the other side of the river. We wish we had known the apartment had a washer & drier. We could have packed lighter!

Es un departamento muy cómodo y bonito, está en una súper ubicación y te sientes como en casa. El único pero es que hay que subir un piso de escaleras, para gente mayor o maletas muy pesadas puede ser una incomodidad. Por lo demás lo recomiendo al 100%
