Amazing place to stay for our family of 5. The rooftop terrace was beautiful. Breakfast was great as well. Kathryn was so helpful and kind. She helped us with all our needs and we were able to store our bags until afternoon. Would definitely stay again!

A perfect stay for us! We walked from our train, dropped our luggage, and walked through Florence from the hotel. Everything quite convenient. The room was great (5 bed), good A/C, clean, nice bathroom and small terrace the girls loved doing their makeup on in the morning. I have to say the Innkeeper was the friendliest hotel person we met while travelling through Italy and the breakfast was by FAR the best hotel breakfast we had. It was simply fantastic. Rooftop was a nice stop in the evening for a bottle of wine. Would stay here again.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the train station, a quick 5 minute walk. We also picked it because had a rooftop terrace which was perfect for an evening cocktail. The rooftop had plenty of comfortable seating for our group of 8. The rooms were comfortable and they had an excellent breakfast. They have a small bar with a good selection and cold drinks for purchase. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived before check in time and they stored our luggage until our rooms were ready. All the major sights were within a short 15-20 min walk without being in the middle of the congested areas. There a quite a few stairs to navigate in the hotel. The hotel lobby is on the third floor, but there is an elevator available. However, some rooms and the rooftop require you to use narrow stairs. Overall, I would stay here again, it was lovely.

Hotel was great. Not easiest to get to due to sidewalks on street. However is conveniently located to train station and terrace was a nice treat. Staff was extremely nice and always there to assist.

I choose Annabella hotel because of the location close to train station ,but the sign of the hotel is not really clear, is hard to find. Nut the reception is very friendly and helping. I have a bad experience because we have the power outage when I came back from dinner .the hotel was no power so we have to climb through the stair in the dark to the 4th floor and my family mostly senior.

Great rooms with great breakfast!

We got two rooms that slept four people each. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast had many excellent choices, from eggs, meat, and cheeses to outstanding baked goods. The location next to the train station was perfect for us. The staff was very courteous and helpful and let us store our luggage after checkout for a few hours so that we could explore Florence before our train departure.
