The location is great, within walking distance of everything, including the train station. There are excellent dining options nearby. The room and bathroom were clean, and breakfast was decent, with very good coffee. However, because it is located in a busy tourist area, it was very noisy at night, and the windows are not soundproof. Additionally, there is no elevator, and the hotel staff does not offer assistance with carrying luggage to the upper floors..

The location is convenient and staff is friendly. The biggest issue is toooooooo noisy during night. For the 2 nights we stayed, I was woke up by the outside bars and restaurants noise around midnight at every night , and couldn’t fall back to sleep until 3-4 AM the bars were closed. The windows seem couldn’t block the noise at all. Besides, the door lock in the room seems didn’t work well, the door couldn’t close smoothly, so during midnight I was woke up by the slam door sound multiple times. I thought someone didn’t close their door gently, until my son couldn’t close the door in the morning and pulled hardly, I heard the slam-door sound, I realized it’s the door lock issue.

This little 2-star hotel is perfectly fine for the average budget traveler, but the lack of an elevator made for a difficult climb up the long stairway for my traveling companion (she's 75 and doesn't walk very well). It's on a busy street, so it's noisy outside. You might need earplugs. The layout of the hotel is such that the sound really travels up the open stairway, so people coming in late are very noisy, even if they try not to be. The breakfast is sparse, but I think it's included without an extra charge. Other than the noise and lack of an elevator, this was a pleasant place. It's close to the train station and walkable to all the sights.

We enjoyed our stay in a clean, small room. Staff was very helpful with anything we needed. Hotel was convenient for walking from train and to the centre of Florence as well. Very good continental breakfast with excellent cappuccino Would stay there again!

good for short stay

No controllable AC in room, need to ask front test to adjust, this is not so friendly system. Breakfast is good enough, good service. Location is perfect for sight seeing and train station
