Stay was fantastic in Florence. The location is perfect, but the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They think about any detail and will make you feel happy and comfortable all the time. Good people, big hearts. Also, the hotel was incredible!

lovely place to stay in Florence. Have been there twice. The staff is extremely helpful and cordial, breakfast is just right and in s delightful setting. Love the location. We were there in late October and there was no air-conditioning – I think that his country wide at that time of year. Not the best when it's warm and the mosquitoes are still around. But, that's not their fault!

Amazing Hotel High Recommended

The staff at the hotel where great and very professional and made our stay that much more enjoyable. This charming hotel is in great location, 15 mins for airport and 1 block away from main train station in Florance.
