Perfect location!

The hotel is centrally located to restaurants and shopping centers, but due to the construction going on, there were detours in the bus route. Our room is clean, spacious, well maintained and complete with amenities. Breakfast has options to choose from, delicious! Staff are nice and friendly.

I booked a premium triple room through Expedia but they put me in a standard double (no chair or couch to sit on - only a double bed in the room). When I asked if a larger room or better river view was available on a higher floor, I was told I would have to pay an additional 50€ per night. I declined but they ended up billing me the full amount quoted by Expedia for the premium triple room, which I did not realize until after checking out. Consequently I ended up paying close to double what I should have been charged. Very disappointing. Otherwise we liked the hotel and the location. Clean, well decorated and with a very nice breakfast service. The only other negative was thin walls/floors made the noise from other rooms/floors a bit disturbing.

The location made for an easy walk into/out of downtown. Several places to dine nearby. One of my party slipped coming out of the bathroom - awkward step down - and was hurt … the staff was very helpful immediately afterward.
