Great location, clean room, good value for money, nice furnishings. The air-conditioning stopped working on the last night resulting in a very hot little room. There was quite a bit of noise from within the hotel, with guests walking the hallways and slamming doors.

La ubicación de hotel muy conveniente pero tiene la oficina para hacer el checking en otro lugar y subimos tres pisos con las maletas por que el elevador que más que elevador parece un montacargas estaba siendo usado por los empleados para trasladar cajas. I liked that it was super convenient and walkable. What I didn’t enjoy was that someone opened my room door while I was in. The receptionist said it was the cleaning lady but I don’t think it was. Anyway, great location, comfortable and clean.

This is a great place to stay!! Short walk from the train station and the main square. The restaurant for the breakfast buffet is incredible!! And the bed and bedding are very comfortable. Definitely recommend this place!! They also accommodated our need to check in early.

Fabulous hotel

Such a wonderful boutique hotel right in the centre of Florence, our room had a view of the Duomo. A very peaceful hotel with exceptional friendly staff that were most accommodating and allowed us to check in early on anrrival and leave our bags on the day of departure. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous boutique hotel so close to everything you want and need to see in Florence. I was surprised to look around out of our window and to be able to see the Duomo. Building is so safe that even when our 8 year accidentally left our room door open for 2 hours while we explored nothing was stolen! The cafe they partner with for breakfast was amazing too - would absolutely stay again!

As a solo traveler I felt super safe here! It was very clean and within walking distance of all the main attractions. All the staff was so kind and welcoming and even let me store my bags before and after check in! Couldn’t recommend this place enough :)
