Situated on the second floor of an apartment building with a lift and air conditioning, the house spans approximately 75 square meters. Accessible by various means of transportation, it is just two tram stops away from Florence airport and the Viale Guidoni exchange car park. For those arriving by train, it's a 10-15 minute tram ride from the SMN Station. If travelling by private car, the apartment is conveniently located a few minutes from the motorway exit at Firenze Peretola Airport.     

This apartment is on the second floor of a condominium and has approximately 75 m2. The apartment features two terraces, a living-dining area with a sofa bed and TV, a kitchen equipped with coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge and microwave. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds, both having access to the terrace. The bathroom features a shower and hairdryer.
