My family booked a 2 bedroom apartment and were contacted the day of our stay and told that our room had been double booked on the first night. We were offered a 1 bedroom apartment and a small refund as a gesture of good will. The refund offered did not even cover the difference in price of the downgraded room. After communicating this we were offered a 2 bedroom and a smaller refund. Fast forward to almost a month later and we have not received the refund which was supposed to be paid in 5 - 10 days. Communication on day 2 (when we were required to move rooms) was poor. The chat feature on what’s app was awful, we requested our new room details via this channel, after having 3 chats ended on us without an answer we were finally provided this information 3 hours after we first asked. The property was lovely but our experience of communication and administration was very poor.
