This was one of the nicest places we stayed of the 5 hotels during our trip to Italy. They have a wonderful breakfast, very comfortable room, the front desk staff was extremely helpful. Would recommend if you are staying in Florence without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay, loved the balcony to sit out and relax. All the staff were very helpful, calling taxis, finding lost sunglasses etc! 😊 Breakfast was excellent, definitely recommend staying here, rooms were quiet but still very walkable to everything.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. It had a lot of charm and history to it. Her room had a balcony with a lovely view of florence. It was in a good location and walkable to many of the tourist sites. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was plentiful with many delicious options to choose from, and breakfast room had lots of windows with views of inner courtyard.
