Property is conveniently located on the Arno near a bridge which allowed us to walk to the other side for some meals and to visit some local spots. Warm welcome at check in and room was large, clean and beautiful. Highly recommend!

Can't wait to return! Stunning Hotel on the Arno

This a a gorgeous hotel on the Arno river. It's a beautiful mix of old and modern with a cute bar in the lobby. LD, our bartender made our stay here with great restaurant suggestions like Ristorante ZAZA! Rooms are spacious and beautiful murals on the ceiling.

I booked a river view and Orbits didn't reserve this room. I had to pay more. Getting out of the shower/bath tub is dangerous. I almost took a fall each time trying to get out. They should remove the tub and put in a walk in shower. There will be a law suit one of these days. Great location & river view is the up side of this property. We have stayed here on 5 different visits. The breakfast was a disappointment compared to previous visits. I will try to find another hotel in the future.
