What a fantastic little find! As a three star hotel you may think only average but this isn’t true at all, traditional Florence hotel. We stayed In a family room which was huge separate shower and a spa bath! Room spotless. In a more residential area so restaurants affordable and authentic. 6 minute walk from Santa Lucia. Breakfast Was great could see the ladies cooking it as we went so very fresh. It was like going to Brekky at Nonnas place. Easy ten minute walk to duomo dead flat so easy walking.

The room was clean (showing its age a little, but totally fine) bathroom modern and good water pressure in the shower. Great location a little out of the fray but still easy to walk to major sites. Only a 5-7 minute walk from the SMN train station. Several nice restaurants close by. There was only soap and hair/body shampoo provided, so bring some conditioner and body lotion if you need it! Breakfast was excellent. I would stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel very conveniently located to both train station and the historical center of Florence. The staff was very friendly. The room was beautiful. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Beautiful well kept Boutique style hotel located in a perfect spot in Florence, the staff offers great service and very friendly, our room was large and beautiful, located 300 yards away from the Santa Maria Novella train station and a walkable distance from all the nice attractions in Florence including a 15 minutes walk to the Academia Museum, Wife and I stayed there and have a great time we will get back to this hotel soon

This was a very nice hotel in an area close enough to be an easy walk to the city center. The only negative was the room size (double) was quite small without enough shelf space to fully open our carry-on sized suitecases. On the other hand, the breakfast was exceptional with the only Starebucks quality americano coffee that we had in Italy.

We had a pleasant experience right from the start. Allegra checked us in and gave us a map with insights on the most important areas to visit as we walked through Florence. The hotel is perfectly located, which was most important to us. The rooms included a good sized bathroom and shower and were comfortable and clean. If you are looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay that is in the heart of the city then this should be high on your list. We would stay here again.
