The staff and the area of the property are phenomenal! The view from the room was amazing right to the palazzo vechio . The building is old which was expected and really nice kept . The rooms on the other hand are not too great. Our room had a pretty noticeable slope , the mattress by the end of the nicht was slipped to one side they haven’t payed too much attention to detail cleaning. The rooms from the street side are quite loud . Ac is not too great. It wasn’t bad but I expected a little more for the price payed for one night . The area is 10 out of 10 . Everything is walking distance from it.

Great location!

This was a honeymoon stay in Florence! In terms of location it couldn’t be closer to the main sightseeing areas! Staff were incredibly friendly.

This is a nearly perfect little hotel with a fantastic location. Easy to walk to dinner and all the places in Florence that you have to see. We had trouble figuring out the air conditioner and there is a SUPER bright blue light that you shouldn’t”insert your card to turn on the power (but you get a key code and no card to enter. ) also didn’t have hand soap. We made due. The hotel is a DEFINITE yes!

This hotel is in a perfect location. You are practically in the Piazza della Signoria. 5 restaurants as soon as you walk out. You get a discounted breakfast buffet at the Il Bargello Restaurant which is next door. Food is great along with service. I highly recommend this place!

This property was in a great location - right in the heart of the Palazzo Vecchio....If you're looking for quiet, this isn't your place.. Also, please be aware that you have to walk up a flight and a half to get to the reception so if you need assistance with stairs, this isn't the place for you... Staff were very friendly and the hotel was perfect for me and my family.

Fantastic location, very nice stay.

Fantastic location and very friendly staff. They let us leave our luggage while enjoying the city before we left. The accommodation is modern and well kept, the sofa beds were not super comfortable. However, they were okay. Very recommendable.

Exceeded expectations, location is A++

Location location location. Couldn't be happier, steps away from everywhere. Complimentary bottle of wine and water had us already very happy, the place is quite nice, large, high ceilings, the bathroom seemed to be renovated just recently. Easy access to the building, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and atractions. We were able to leave our luggage until departure. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating! 20 out of 10, would come back here again, too bad we didn't stay longer in Florence and more so at this location. LOVED IT!
