The condo is a second floor unit, and is not wheelchair accessible. *For sound sensitive sleepers: while the condo is very quiet from city noise, please note that frogs, crickets and birds can be heard if the windows are open, as the unit is next to a 35 acre undeveloped parcel and an overflow pond. It is also worth mentioning that a train horn can be heard in the far distance- we are *not* located on/near the tracks.
