Villa near the beaches of the most beautiful island in Brazil. Within a radius between 2.5 and 6 km are the most beautiful beaches of the north of the island of Florianópolis, namely, English, Bom Jesus Waterfall, Canasvieiras, Ponta das Canas, Lagoinha, Brava Beach and Santinho. A little farther, about 10km, you will find Jurerê, Praia do Forte, Daniela, Mozambique, Santo Antonio de Lisboa, Sambaqui and Cacupé, these last three with rich cuisine specializing in seafood. From 15 to 20 km you have access to the beaches of Galheta, Praia Mole, Barra da Lagoa, Joaquina, besides the beautiful Lagoa da Conceição with its rich cuisine specializing in seafood. On all beaches you will find trails with lots of green and some with beautiful dunes. Well located house with paved street, close to markets, pharmacy, and bakery, banks and all trade. Far there is only 500m from the largest and most beautiful water park of Florianópolis. There are four bedrooms with tv, ceiling fan and air conditioning. It has four bathrooms, TV room, living, dining, two kitchens, full service area, party room, games room, barbecue with conjugated environment, swimming pool, soccer field, orchard and a lot of green area. Garage and parking.
