Para dormir em Canasvieiras.

Canasvieiras em Florianópolis é para curtir verão. Fui no inverno para um evento. o local não é um hotel/pousada. É um quarto para aluguel. Possui utensílios básicos de cozinha, geladeira/fogão/microondas e pratos, talheres. Instalações OK para dormir/ banho. Não tem arrumação diária. Mas o proprietário é atencioso.

Vale o Custo Benefício

Residencial muito bem localizado perto da praia e de inúmeras opções de diversão a noite. Para quem optar por não alugar carro e quer conhecer outras praias, vai deparar com o transtorno dos horários dos ônibus, já que as praias de canasvieiras não é tão limpinha como as demais. Sr. José, dono do residencial é muito atencioso e flexível nos horários de entrada e saída.

A estadia teve um bom custo-beneficio. Tivemos um problema com o fogão do quarto. O Wi-Fi tem um bom sinal. Os donos foram prestativos.

Surpresa com a presença de baratas, cheiro de mofo muito forte aparentando que o quarto não era aberto a muito tempo alem da garagem que para voce poder sair tem que contar com a compreenção dos outros hospedes pois o corredor de entrada se transforma em garagem

Boa estrutura e boa localização

Trata-se de um apartamento, com espaço amplo e muito bem localizado. Não houve limpeza do local diariamente, e não há recepção nem serviço de cafe da manhã. Porém o custo X benefício compensa, por ter toda a estrutura necessária para preparar sua própria alimentação e pela excelente localização no bairro de Canasvieiras.
