Signore Dante was absolutely amazing, his customer service was priceless! Housekeeping was really helpful as well! The bathroom wasn't clean when I arrived and she did a deep clean and disinfected it. Very big room and delicious breakfast as well. There are no buses on Sunday, and it's difficult to get to Rasiglia, so plan in advance. There's not much around either, but beautiful nature. The swimming pool wasn't open or clean either. I was hoping to use as it said it was opened in the description.

Per quanto il proprietario abbia cercato di colmare tutte le carenze con la sua gentilezza, non si può lasciare una recensione positiva a questo hotel. Stanze piene d polvere ovunque, puzza di fumo nella stanza, TV con solo i canali rai, bagno con sanitari che lasciano a desiderare , sala colazione con 2 marmellate, 2 mieli e due pacchetti di fette biscottate lasciate sul tavolo senza nemmeno un recipiente o un cestino per gettare gli involucri. Si può chiedere di ordinare soltanto caffè o cappuccino o latte macchiato (con o senza lattosio e caffè normale o decaffeinato) e viene portato un cornetto che puoi riempire direttamente tu. Sul tavolo comune c'erano 3 scatole di cereali (con tutta la confezione) e lo scatolone con dentro i succhi di frutta, qualche pacco di fetta biscottate e un ciambellone. Il personale è gentile e disponibile ma c'è molto da sistemare perché la struttura è molto grande e bella ed ha anche la piscina esterna.

Direi un ottima soluzione abitativa . Ma colazione molto scarsa (un cornetto e un cappuccino) e al bar che non è proprio quello che ti aspetti. Da migliorare se possibile. Comunque grazie.
