SAN GAETANO - MERLINO

San Gaetano is an old typical Tuscan farm, now located almost in the city center (which can also be reached easily on foot or by bicycle, using the railway underpass). The property is completely fenced, with parking space, inhabited by residents (three real estate units), a sort of green oasis, a quiet place with supermarkets nearby. The beach is about 700 meters away, it is the ideal place for those who want to experience the sea in a relaxing way.
Merlino is the historic apartment on the ground floor of the typical Tuscan farmhouse San Gaetano, about 700 meters from the sea with parking space inside the property, completely fenced, which is accessed by an automatic gate. The apartment consists of a large living room with double sofa bed, TV and kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Exclusive porch equipped for outdoor dining, shared garden.
