Live like a local in the heart of Folly Beach. The King Suite room with a Balcony is a one bedroom apartment with a living room and kitchenette, separate bedroom with a King size bed, and a full bathroom. There is a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Our boutique Hotel Folly is located just steps away to Folly's popular Center Street where you can enjoy shopping, more dining and nightlife, or a quick stroll to the beach. Have fun watching Folly go by from the large private balcony; settle in with a drink on the cozy outdoor sofa and enjoy the sights and sounds of our beloved hippie surfer beach town we refer to as the “Edge of America”. This suite is on the second floor.

This room is 526 sqft. with a 84 sqft. balcony, for a total accommodation of 610 sqft.

We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee per dog: $125 up to three nights, $150 for four to six nights, and $250 for seven or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

Room rates are based on double occupancy. There is an extra guest fee of $35 plus tax for each additional guest, per night. The extra guest fee is added once your reservation is confirmed. If you will need access to the sleeper sofa please notify the hotel and access will be provided.

Excellent location, easy 5 minute walk to restaurants & shops. The room was very comfortable with necessary amenities, except for High Ball glass to enjoy my afternoon bourbon. I made do with a coffee mug. The decor was great and check-in was a breeze. Will definitely stay at Hotel Folly again!

I had never been to Folly Beach so I was a little nervous about staying here. The hotel said renovated and then someone said new so I wasn’t sure. We walked into this room and it was clean, smelled great and designed with class. I am plain Jane but when I walked in this room, the color scheme said vacation! This 1 bedroom was roomy and the living room space was even better. The balcony had to be my favorite well maybe not because the bathroom was my favorite too. The bed and the pullout couch was so comfortable. I didn’t wake up with a stiff back. My friend said the same. I loved that they didn’t have plain white sheets. The photos are exactly what you get minus the feeling/experience. Just know, you won’t regret staying at Hotel Folly! Ryan and Brittany were amazing, responsive and kind. I even had to call pretty late because I could not locate sheets for the pullout couch but they answered immediately. I loved the storage space in the unit. Pretty cool. Btw, if someone could inbox me where you all got the bed, I would love to buy one for my son’s room! I will definitely be back and I plan to stay in that same room because I absolutely love the room and town! Oh, I forgot to mention that you can park and walk to EVERYTHING! For someone visiting for the first time, I really got lucky with my room. Thanks for creating a wonderful experience.
