The holiday flat is located in a detached house, was renovated in 2024, and is furnished in a modern rustic style. The property is situated in a residential area. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: terrace, garden furniture, a garden swing seat, and courtyard.

Fonyód. The holiday apartement is located on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The landlord has access to the terrace, but he does not use it in summer and does not bother us. The landlord's entrance door is at the back of the house, so it is completely separate. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.

Central heating (gas). Cot, internet access (WLAN), iron, ironing board and washing machine. Television reception via satellite. ASTRA. The accommodation has hypoallergenic pillows.
