Clean, convenient, cozy
This is a charming, well-maintained older house with a lot of personal touches inside, clean as could be and well-equipped. There's a lot of interesting craft-oriented decor, so if you're looking for a run-of-the-mill generic/neutral/depersonalized property with contemporary decor from Target and ubiquitous gray-and-white tile, move on. But if you want a convenient in-town house with access to Hurricane Ridge, Hoh, Kalaloch, and Lake Crescent areas, they're all within about 40 minutes drive, Lake Quineault a bit further. The host, Diana, is very empathetic, communicative and personable and is very concerned that your stay at the property is a good one. We all enjoyed the personal touches and thought it was a good fit for our needs. Be aware that the second bathroom is not part of the primary house itself, but is in a connected utility building, to use it one needs to go through an open-air courtyard area in the back, which may be inconvenient to some.
